Shipping Policy

Processing & dispatch Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days, depending on current order volume. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are determined by the courier and are outside of our control. Simple Passion is not responsible for delivery delays once your order has been dispatched.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or lost orders. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@simplepassion.ai within 14 days of dispatch, and we will do our best to assist you.
