Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Simple Passion purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Exceptions — Non-returnable items. The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened or used skincare products (hand soaps, hand lotions)
- Opened or used candles
How to request a return: Contact us at info@simplepassion.ai within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at info@simplepassion.ai of your decision by an unequivocal statement. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
Faulty or incorrect items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@simplepassion.ai within 14 days of delivery, and we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
